Within 24 hours
25 high quality photos will be provided within 1 day of the shoot. They are yours to own and can be used on social media, portals, and for email. Light editing will be included to optimise the photos and is included in the package. For heavier photo editing such as virtual staging and removal of items / furniture, a fee of £10 applies to each photo edited.

Optimised for social media
You will be provided with a short promotional video of the property, optimised for social media and email.
The video will be edited and royalty free music added. The video is passed to you for approval, and it is then yours to use.
A QR code is provided that you can use on your marketing materials. When scanned, the customers provides some basic details to access the video, building your database and leads.
You will also be provided with a link to google drive where you can download the video for your own use.

Where appropriate and possible in Devon and Cornwall, it is possible to achieve stunning drone photography of the property and immediate areas to complement the videography.

I am a fully licensed drone pilot here in the UK. I can operate the drone in most areas, depending on obstructions such as power lines and trees.

Floor Plan

Laser measured and sketched on site.

On site, a rough sketch will be drawn along with laser measured room dimensions. This will be used along with site annotations to create a detailed and accurate floor plan.

A 2d Floor plan will be provided within 3 working days after site visit in .PNG file format. Perfect for marketing publications and portals.
